In the first post made to the Patreon page, the author claimed Savage was a victim of Kelly's abuse, and was only allowed to call him names like "Master" or "Daddy." She claims the singer was extremely controlling, kept her locked up and even forced her to get an abortion. The posts also claimed Kelly choked Savage, and that many of his other girlfriends endured similar treatment and punishment.
Kelly's attorney, Steve Greenberg, initially commented that "It is unfortunate that Jocelyn now seeks to make money by exploiting her long time, loving relationship with Robert,” however he later said they were unable to confirm that the Patreon page was connected to Savage.
