After casting Zoë Kravitz as Selina Kyle, Jeffrey Wright as Commissioner Gordon and Paul Danno as Riddler, Matt Reeves has now enlisted Colin Farrell, Andy Serkis and Matthew McConaughey for his upcoming The Batman revamp.
Joining star Robert Pattinson, Serkis will take on the role of Bruce Wayne’s trusted butler Alfred Pennyworth while McConaughey will be looking to flesh out the role of Gotham City District Attorney, Harvey Dent. While Colin Farrell is set to reimagine the role of Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot better known as Penguin for the big screen. Reports are noting that McConaughey’s will serve as an upstanding member of Gotham’s legal system and experience his fall into crime in a sequel.
